Anti-oxidation high polymer PU foam is modified with antioxidant stabilizer during foaming. It effectively slows down oxidation, yellowing and aging, maintains stable resilience and support for long-term use. Open-cell structure offers good air permeability. Custom size and thickness available, can be laminated with other foam layers. OEM & ODM available, complies with ROHS, REACH, CA117 standard.
1. How effective is the yellowing resistance?
It significantly delays yellowing, but it cannot achieve never turning yellow.
2. What are the main causes of yellowing?
There are four common causes:
High-temperature thermo-oxidative aging during foaming
Ultraviolet radiation
Exposure to nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the air
Fabric staining or adverse reactions caused by the antioxidant itself
3. Compared with regular foam, does it affect other properties?
Some flame retardant grades added with anti-yellowing agents may have certain properties affected.
4. Which products is it suitable for?
High-frequency applications: bra foam, lingerie padding, pillows, mattress top layers, white packaging foam, etc.
