Our frozen mackerel is 100% wild-caught from clean offshore waters of Fujian. Fresh mackerel are flash-frozen at ultra-low temperature right after capture to lock firm flesh, rich natural fish flavor and high omega-3 nutrition, without any preservatives or artificial additives.
