The final price is calculated according to:
- Departure city and destination
- Travel date and selected flight
- Economy, premium economy, business or first class
- Fare product and remaining availability
- Checked and cabin baggage allowance
- Applicable taxes and carrier charges
- Passenger type and booking conditions
The final quotation is the total amount payable to us for the selected ticket. It includes the applicable airfare, taxes and our booking service. The airfare cost and agency service fee will not be shown separately.
Flight prices may change until the ticket has been successfully issued. Each quotation will include an expiry or payment deadline. If payment is received after that deadline, the price and availability must be checked again.
✈️ Service Scope
The standard service covers available passenger flights between cities in mainland China, including one-way, return and multi-city itineraries.
Each flight is checked separately. A return journey normally contains two flight segments. A connecting itinerary may contain two or more segments, even if it appears under one booking.
Flights involving Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or an international destination are not included in the standard product and require separate confirmation.
Charter flights, group tickets, unaccompanied-minor services, stretcher passengers, medical assistance, pet transportation and other special requests must be confirmed individually.
📝 Booking Process
- Send us your planned route, travel date, preferred time and passenger number.
- Provide each traveler’s nationality, passenger type and baggage requirements.
- We check available flights, airports, terminals, fares and ticket conditions.
- We send the recommended option with the flight details, final price, baggage allowance, change and cancellation conditions, and quotation deadline.
- Review the information and pay the full quoted amount before the deadline.
- We issue the ticket and send the electronic itinerary and booking confirmation.
Sending an inquiry does not hold a seat or lock the fare. We will not purchase a different flight, airport, cabin class or higher-priced ticket without your approval.
🛂 Passenger Information
Before ticket issuance, please provide:
- Clear image of the passport information page
- Full name exactly as printed on the passport
- Nationality, gender and date of birth
- Passport number and expiry date
- Contact email address and mobile number
- Required route and travel date
- Preferred departure time and acceptable alternatives
- Passenger type: adult, child or infant
- Required checked-baggage allowance
Passenger names normally cannot be changed after ticket issuance. A spelling error, incorrect passport number or change of traveler may require cancellation and purchase of a new ticket.
The original passport used for booking must be carried during travel. The traveler is responsible for ensuring that the passport, visa and other entry or transit documents are valid.
🧳 Baggage Allowance
Baggage allowance is determined by the selected airline, cabin, fare class and ticket product.
Do not assume that every economy-class ticket includes checked baggage. Some discounted or low-cost fares may include only cabin baggage, while overweight or additional baggage must be purchased separately.
The confirmed cabin and checked-baggage allowance will be provided with the quotation. Special baggage—including wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments and oversized items—must be declared before payment and may require airline approval or additional charges.
🔗 Direct, Connecting & Separate Tickets
For connecting flights, we will state whether the journey is issued as a protected through-ticket or as separate tickets.
With separate tickets, baggage may need to be collected and checked in again. If the first flight is delayed or cancelled and the traveler misses the next independently booked flight, the second airline may not provide a free change or refund.
Travelers selecting separate tickets must allow sufficient time for baggage collection, terminal transfer, security screening and check-in.

🔄 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Voluntary changes, cancellations, refunds and no-show conditions depend on the selected airline, fare class, ticket product and time of application. The applicable conditions will be provided with the quotation before payment.
After ticket issuance:
- The traveler must pay any airline or supplier change fee and fare difference.
- Refunds are calculated according to the confirmed ticket rules.
- Some promotional fares may be non-changeable or non-refundable.
- Changing the passenger, route or airline may require cancellation and a new ticket.
- A missed flight does not automatically qualify for a refund or free rebooking.
- If a new ticket must be purchased, it will be quoted separately at the current price.
For an airline cancellation or major schedule change, available alternatives and refunds follow the airline’s involuntary-change policy. Processing time depends on the airline, supplier and payment channel.
Sending a message does not complete a change or cancellation. A request becomes effective only after it has been successfully processed and confirmed.
⚠️ Know Before You Go
- Check the departure and arrival airports carefully; many Chinese cities have more than one airport.
- Review the passenger name, passport details, route, date, flight number and departure time immediately after receiving the ticket.
- Flight schedules and aircraft types may be changed by the airline.
- Arrive according to the airline’s recommended check-in time. Late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
- Online check-in may not be available for some foreign-passport holders; airport-counter check-in may be required.
- Tickets to or from Tibet can only be arranged after confirming the required travel permit and itinerary. Please plan Tibet travel at least 30 days in advance.
📍 Airport & Departure Information
The electronic itinerary will show the departure airport, terminal, flight number and scheduled time.
Travelers must arrange their own transportation to the airport unless a transfer has been booked separately. Carry the original passport used for ticket issuance and allow sufficient time for check-in, baggage drop, security screening and immigration procedures where applicable.
This product does not include airport transfer, airport escort or assistance during the flight.
