🏨 Hotel Notes
The standard route usually includes 1 night in Datong and 2 nights in Pingyao or nearby area.
Hotel names, room types, breakfast arrangements, and availability will be confirmed after travel dates and room requirements are provided. Pingyao hotels may include traditional-style guesthouses or standard hotels depending on preference and availability.
If you prefer to return to Beijing on Day 4, end in Taiyuan, or continue to Xi’an, the hotel and transport plan can be adjusted with a revised quote.

This tour may use a combination of high-speed train, private vehicle, and local transfers between Beijing, Datong, Pingyao, Taiyuan, and the final drop-off city.
Some heritage sites are more practical by private vehicle because they are outside the city center. Intercity rail times and station choices will be confirmed based on travel dates, ticket availability, luggage, group size, and final itinerary.
Train tickets in China require passport information. Final train times, seat class, station arrangements, and vehicle sections will be confirmed after booking details are provided.
