Day 1: Arrival in Xi’an

Day 6: Travel to Luoyang and Ancient Capital Introduction

Travel from Dunhuang to Luoyang based on the final schedule, transport, and budget.

After arrival, the group receives an introduction to Luoyang as an ancient capital and a major site for Buddhist art and cultural heritage.

Day 7: Longmen Grottoes and Buddhist Sculpture

Visit Longmen Grottoes.

Participants observe cave temples, Buddhist sculpture, inscriptions, landscape setting, style, and heritage interpretation. The visit can include a visual analysis or field note task.

Day 8: Final Reflection and Departure
