Product Introduction
Diethylene glycol monomethyl ether (DEM): Mainly used as a high-boiling-point solvent for inks, dyes, resins, cellulose, and coatings. When added to coatings, it improves flow, brushability, and leveling. It can be used as an extractant for hydrocarbons, an intermediate for preparing ester derivatives in organic synthesis, and as a chemical reagent in automotive brake fluids, analytical chemistry, and as an intermediate in pharmaceutical and pesticide organic synthesis.
