Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (EB): Mainly used as a solvent for nitrocellulose, synthetic resins, paints, enamels, fats, and paint removers; used as a drug extraction agent in the pharmaceutical industry; used as a resin plasticizer in the plastics industry; used as a fiber lubricant and dispersant for chemical fiber oils in the textile industry; also used as a pesticide dispersant, dry cleaning solvent, cutting oil solvent, and organic synthesis intermediate, auxiliary solvent for mineral oil emulsification, analytical reagent, etc.
