Rheology R&D In House

Our laboratory and pilot plant are set up for polymer synthesis and application testing, so a grade can be adjusted for your surfactant system instead of being picked from a catalogue. Gas chromatography checks incoming materials before production.

GMP-Designed Plant, DCS Control

The Jinzhai plant was designed to GMP standards and runs on a DCS control system. Powder carbomer capacity is 4,000 MT a year and liquid acrylates copolymer 6,000 MT, enough to hold allocation through peak seasons.

Pharmacopoeia-Grade Excipients

Excipient carbomers are produced against USP/NF, ChP, Ph. Eur., BP, JPE and IP monographs and registered with NMPA's Center for Drug Evaluation, which shortens qualification work for pharmaceutical buyers.

Audited and Documented

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates are held by the manufacturing entity. The acrylic acid used in our polymers is registered under EU REACH, and carbomer grades carry Indonesian Halal certification.
