NM-Carbomer TR-1 Polymeric Emulsifier
An emulsion stabiliser that also thickens and suspends. Because it is polymeric rather than a conventional surfactant emulsifier, the HLB system does not apply and the formulator is free of the usual pairing constraints.

Effective at low dosage in skin care gels, lotions, creams, shampoos and shower gels. It also tolerates a high electrolyte load, which is where conventional emulsifier systems tend to fail.
