In view of the industry pain points of slender tubular products, such as high requirements for concentricity, easy eccentricity, easy bending, and slow molding, a single-product double-side synchronous gating structure is adopted, combined with a 48-cavity high-density symmetric runner layout. This balances the melt pressure and flow rate structurally, completely solving problems such as eccentricity, uneven wall thickness, and tube bending and deformation caused by single-side gating. At the same time, the molding cycle is doubled compared with traditional single-side gating. It is a special hot runner solution for the high-volume and high-precision mass production of slender tubular small parts. ### II. Core Structural Design - **48-cavity high-density symmetric runner layout** The overall design adopts a balanced precision manifold. The runner is mirror-polished with no material accumulation in dead corners. The flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the 48 cavities are highly consistent. The melt is synchronously delivered to each cavity, ensuring that the molding conditions of each tubular product are uniform, with good batch size consistency and no individual differences. - **Single-product double-side synchronous gating structure** Each slender tubular product is filled with balanced gating simultaneously at both ends or on both sides. The melt fills with two-way counter-flow, with symmetric stress and balanced flow rate. High concentricity is ensured from the source, effectively preventing common defects such as tube eccentricity, unilateral wall-thickness deviation, out-of-tolerance straightness, and bending warping. It perfectly meets the high-concentricity precision requirements of pipette tips, pen barrels, etc. - **Special temperature control and cooling matching system for slender parts** It is equipped with independent zone temperature control, combined with a balanced cooling structure suitable for slender tubes. The temperature rise is uniform, and heat dissipation is synchronous. This avoids internal stress deformation caused by uneven temperature differences, further ensuring the straightness and roundness of the product. It is suitable for the molding of commonly used materials such as PP, PE, and medical-grade plastics. - **Industrial-grade modular structure** The overall modular assembly design makes disassembly and maintenance convenient.
