A fitted cap has no strap, no snap and no buckle at the back. The crown is closed all the way round and the fit comes from the fabric itself, which is why it is cut from a cotton-lycra or spandex blend that gives in four directions and springs back to shape. That single difference changes everything downstream: the cap cannot be sold as one size, so it has to be graded and stocked by head circumference, and the wearer gets a clean unbroken back panel instead of a plastic closure pressing on the occiput. The sample here shows the classic build: a structured six-panel crown with a stiffened front, a pre-curved cotton twill brim in a contrast colour, a matching top button and six stitched eyelets, all in team colours, with the wordmark embroidered straight onto the front panels. Because there is no hardware at the back, the whole surface stays available for decoration, and the silhouette reads flatter and more uniform than a snapback. Low, mid and high profiles are available, cotton-lycra and spandex in any Pantone, and mesh backs for hot weather. Adult and kids sizes, graded by head circumference. Packed 25 pcs per polybag or inner box and 150 pcs per carton.
