This cap is built around two things that work well together: a printed body and a round badge on top of it. The panels and the brim are printed by dye sublimation before the cap is sewn, which means the artwork goes into the fibre instead of sitting on it - no plate charge, no colour limit, no cracking along a fold, and gradients that photograph the way they were drawn. The trade-off is that each panel is printed flat and then joined, so a continuous pattern cannot run perfectly across a seam. The sample sidesteps that completely: the artwork is a set of dry brush strokes in red, white and blue, deliberately random, so the joins disappear into the texture. Over it sits a round embroidered badge, about 75 mm across, satin bordered and stitched down flat. A circle is the most forgiving shape for a front placement - it breaks up the print, it takes small type better than a square badge, and it gives the cap one obvious focal point from across a trade show aisle. The body is a performance polyester with mesh available for the back panels, so it wicks and dries rather than holding sweat the way cotton does, and it stays light enough for a full day outdoors. Six panels, structured front, mid profile, pre-curved brim, matching printed top button, white stitched eyelets and a self-fabric rear strap. Adult and kids sizes, polyester or nylon, and the print repeats in any colourway. Packed 25 pcs per polybag or inner box and 150 pcs per carton.
