What if it doesn't fit?
Complimentary adjustments for 3 years — covers normal wear and minor weight changes (±3kg). Beyond that or for restyling, we charge at prevailing rates.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, consultations and fittings are by appointment. Walk-ins welcome subject to availability. Book via WeChat, phone, or our website.
Do I need to visit a showroom?
Not required. Online measuring with video guidance available. But in-showroom measuring is guaranteed for best fit.
How many fabrics & custom options?
1,000+ fabrics — wool, cotton, linen, silk blends. Every detail custom: silhouette, lapel, buttons, lining, monogram, thread color.
Is 3D preview accurate?
Visual reference only — colors and textures may vary. Final product follows your confirmed order summary.
