ACI’s independently developed SmartControl system can control up to 16 oil-free scroll compressors. When multiple compressors are operating simultaneously, the control system ensures equal runtime across all units to reduce maintenance costs for users. Additionally, the system monitors the operating time of each compressor and the unit rotation schedule, prioritizing startup of the compressor with the shortest accumulated runtime.

Each host is controlled by an independent controller; a failure of any single controller does not affect the operation of other hosts, ensuring high reliability. The controllers are CE-certified and highly functional. The large-color display screen of the control system shows parameters including the temperature of each host, the current of each motor, operating time, and discharge pressure, and features multiple functions such as phase-reversal protection and maintenance reminders, making it convenient and user-friendly.
