Thermal gel
Thermal gel is a semi-solid, flowable functional thermal conductive medium material. It is prepared by a special process with polymer silicone oil or carbon chain resin as the matrix, filled with high thermal conductive fillers such as ceramic oxides, nitrides, and diamonds. Due to its semi-solid state, compared with thermal conductive sheets with the same thermal conductivity, it has lower contact thermal resistance.
Thermal Potting Compounds
This product is a two-component potting compound, consisting of Part A and Part B mixed in a 1:1 weight ratio. It cures through an addition reaction to form a high-performance elastomer. The compound is primarily used for potting of LED waterproof power supplies, inductor potting, sensors, automotive electronic modules, electronic controllers and other products.
