You must uphold a customer-first, express-delivery-oriented service philosophy and strictly abide by the Franchise Agreement of Huaguo Logistics Agency Co., Ltd., while jointly contributing to the development of the Huaguo Express network. (All franchisees must be express delivery companies with independent legal status in the area they are applying to join. Their business scope must include related express delivery and logistics services, they must have a certain foundation in the express delivery business, and they must be committed to expanding their operations beyond intra-city deliveries.)
2. Possesses strong decisiveness, an entrepreneurial vision, and a willingness to engage in long-term cooperation. (The franchise agreement with Huaguo is for approximately one year, with the option to renew upon expiration of the one-year term.)
3. Possess the necessary qualifications and capabilities to acquire talent required for the express delivery business. Have sufficient financial strength; newly joining franchise companies must have an investment capacity of at least 100,000 yuan per initial investment phase.
4. Has strong social connections and a robust network of contacts locally.
5. Able to meet the requirements of dynamic information management and unconditionally use the HuaGuo network software operating procedures. Able to access the internet via broadband 24 hours a day and equipped with unified electronic mail sending and receiving capabilities.
