Large Size: Designed for large-volume loads with a much wider opening than standard packaging bags to facilitate rapid material loading and unloading. Made of high-tensile polypropylene with an extra laminated coating, it delivers outstanding wear resistance, moisture proofing and waterproof performance.

The top filling spout enables easy connection with large machinery or conveying pipelines for fast, efficient material loading into FIBC bulk bags. Most filling spouts are round; the round design fits circular conveying pipes perfectly and delivers reliable sealing performance. The bottom discharge spout is positioned at the base of the FIBC to allow materials to flow out freely under gravity. It is simple to manufacture and features good sealing capability. To stop material leakage during transit and storage, discharge spouts are equipped with sealing components including zippers, drawstring ties and sealing caps. Certain sealing fittings also offer excellent moisture and dust resistance to maintain the quality of stored materials.

Filling & Discharge Spouts

Wide Top Fabric (Closed Skirt Fabric) is manufactured with high-density weaving technology and laminated with an outer coating. Equipped with fixed binding straps, it can fit tightly against the bag opening. The discharge spout comes with binding ropes and closing cloth to provide 360° fully sealed protection.

It can be easily connected to large-scale equipment or conveying pipelines, enabling fast and efficient filling of materials into bulk bags. It is mostly circular in shape. The round inlet fits perfectly with circular conveying pipelines and delivers excellent sealing performance.
