We are a manufacturer. VoltaNest is based in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, with in-house R&D, engineering and production for our inverters, lithium batteries, all-in-one units and C&I ESS cabinets. OEM/ODM is available, covering logo and branding, enclosure color, power and capacity configuration, and firmware settings, with MOQ from 1 unit for sample orders.
Which certifications do your products carry, and can they meet my local grid requirements?
Our products are tested to CE, IEC 62477, IEC 62040, EN 50549, UN38.3 and MSDS, and test reports are available on request. Inverters and PCS support 50Hz / 60Hz operation with configurable grid profiles — tell us the destination country and our engineers will confirm the matching configuration.
What warranty, lead time and after-sales support do you provide?
Batteries carry a 5-year warranty; inverters and ESS cabinets carry up to 2 years (18 months for certain three-phase models), with the exact term stated on each datasheet. Lead time is 15–25 working days for samples and small batches, and 25–35 working days for container-volume orders. Remote commissioning, firmware updates and spare-parts kits are supported, and after-sales tickets are answered within 24 hours on business days.
