The factories specialize in full-process insulated glass production lines, including vertical automatic insulated glass production lines, glass washing and drying machines, glass loading/unloading equipment, automatic insulated glass gas-filling production lines, special production lines for irregular curtain wall glass, automatic two-component sealing lines, two-component sealant extruders, butyl sealant coaters, aluminum spacer bending machines and molecular sieve filling machines. We hold a complete set of CE certificates of conformity issued by the EU certification body ICG, fully complying with EU market access standards and meeting global insulated glass production requirements. Equipped with in-house mechanical processing workshops, we independently develop glue coating and metering structures that adapt to mainstream overseas sealing materials such as silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant and polyurethane sealant, featuring high-precision glue supply and low material consumption.

2. We have a professional overseas R&D team that optimizes equipment performance targeted at the working conditions of Europe, America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia and Southeast Asia. All machines adopt internationally renowned electrical components including Siemens, Schneider and Weinview, ensuring outstanding operational stability. Our equipment can process double-layer and triple-layer insulated glass, special-shaped curtain wall glass and Low-E energy-saving coated glass, perfectly meeting the full-line packaged export demands of newly-built overseas factories.

Covering all working procedures of insulated glass production, our two factories deliver a full product lineup. As a professional foreign trade company with multi-party supplier docking capabilities, we provide one-stop procurement services for standalone machines, semi-automatic production lines and full-automatic intelligent production lines.
