Taking the 6-inch ABS core tube as an example: outer ovality ≤0.3 mm, wall thickness tolerance ±0.2 mm, inner diameter tolerance ±0.3 mm, and straightness up to 0.15 m m/m.
3、Which industries and end films do your core tubes serve?
Lithium battery separator, aluminum plastic film, copper/aluminum foil, optical film, solar film, and other high-end films requiring high-speed winding and long-term load-bearing.
4、Can you provide custom sizes and materials?
Yes. Outer diameter, inner diameter, length, and wall thickness are customizable. We can also develop special material formulas to meet specific working conditions.
5、What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard specifications have a flexible MOQ. For custom development, we offer sampling first — batch production begins after the sample is approved.
