Jinhua Jude Packaging Co., Ltd., with its manufacturing factory Jinhua Hengwen Packaging Co., Ltd., was founded in 2013 in Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. We are a professional one-stop manufacturer focused on gift wrapping paper, tissue paper, custom paper bags, gift color boxes, holiday gift sets and DIY book-style packaging boxes, providing full OEM and ODM customization services for global brand owners, supermarket chains and gift distributors.
Our plant covers over 30,000 square meters of production and office space, staffed by more than 150 employees. Six full-time in-house designers develop over 1,000 unique trendy packaging patterns every year to match European and American seasonal trends. We have continuously upgraded printing, foil stamping, embossing, laser and UV specialty craft production capacity over more than 10 years of operation.
We hold complete international compliance certifications: BSCI, Sedex SMETA, FSC forest management certification, Disney & Marvel FAMA production authorization, plus SGS eco ink test reports. A digital ERP system is deployed to optimize production scheduling and full-process quality control. We maintain long-term stable cooperation with well-known overseas retail chains including Target, ALDI, Lululemon and UK Greetings.

Our state-of-the-art production workshop combines independent trend research capabilities with full-set automated printing equipment to deliver compliant, high-quality custom paper packaging for global retail brands.

Advanced Research Labs

We operate independent packaging design and material testing labs. Six full-time designers launch new European & American trending patterns weekly, with exclusive copyright signing service to prevent market copycats. Raw material lab testing strictly follows FSC forest protection standards, all printing adopts water-based eco ink compliant with REACH and EUDR environmental regulations, supported by SGS third-party testing.

Manufacturing Excellence

We equip complete automated production equipment: 5 sets of six-color background printing machines, 3 foil stamping machines, 2 embossing texture presses, plus multiple automatic slitting and shrink film devices. Fully automated production lines support mass stable output and large-batch manufacturing of high-end crafts including 3D texture, gold & silver foil brushing. Standard order lead time is 20-25 days, sample delivery within 7 days; production capacity reservation is available for peak seasons to avoid delivery delays.

Standardized Quality Control Center

3 dedicated full-time QC staff carry out continuous full-process inspection following international AQL standards. Multiple rounds of inspection run from raw material incoming to finished goods shipment to screen color difference, dimension errors and craft flaws. Our third-party factory and product inspection pass rate reaches 100% to eliminate quality risks for cross-border export shipments.
