1. Work Experience Award: After completing one year of service, a monthly work experience award of 100 yuan will be given. After completing two years of service, a monthly work experience award of 200 yuan will be given, and so on, with a maximum limit of 5 years (note: please cancel the work experience award during long holidays)
2. Monthly selection of outstanding employee awards, ranging from 100 to 300 yuan, will be evaluated comprehensively based on attendance, discipline, efficiency (quantity registration), quality, and other factors.
3. Specific positions will receive a subsidy of 100-300 yuan
4. Subsidies for employees who do not eat or live in the factory: accommodation allowance of 150 yuan, meal allowance of 400 yuan
1. General workers (18-52 years old): winding workers, wire cutters, board installers, soldering workers, and ring winding workers
2. Production team leader (3 people): Those with experience in transformers and inductors are preferred; Salary: 6000-9000 yuan/month
3. Quality IQC/IPQC/QA (5 positions): Candidates with experience in transformers and inductors are preferred; 6000-8000 yuan/month
4. Working hours: 8:00-11:50 am, 13:20-17:30 am, overtime 18:00-21:00
5. Free accommodation and meals are provided, with 2-4 days off per month. Upon joining, a physical examination is required.
