What is your minimum order quantity?

For standard components there is no strict minimum. For complete conveyors we build to order, so a single unit is acceptable.

How long is the production lead time?

Typically 20–45 days after drawing confirmation, depending on model and quantity. We will confirm the exact date in your quotation.

Do you provide installation service overseas?

We provide detailed installation drawings and remote commissioning support. On-site supervision can be arranged on request — please discuss this with your sales engineer.

What is the warranty?

12 months from delivery for the complete machine. Specific warranty terms are set out in the contract.

How do you pack the equipment for sea freight?

Standard seaworthy packing: steel frame or wooden case with moisture protection, suitable for container or break bulk shipment. Custom packing for long-sea routes is available.

Can you supply spare parts for equipment we bought elsewhere?

In many cases yes. Send us the idler size, belt specification or a photo of the nameplate, and we will confirm availability.
