1. Is BRILLIANCE a factory brand with independent production capacity?

A: Yes. Headquartered in Jinhua, China, we own full production, purchasing and admin teams. All outdoor, hunting and shooting gear is self-developed and manufactured in-house, allowing us to strictly control product quality and customize orders for clients.

2. Does BRILLIANCE provide warranty for defective outdoor products?

A: We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal outdoor use. If your item breaks due to production flaws, contact our customer service with purchase proof, and we will arrange repair or replacement solutions accordingly. Damage from improper use or harsh outdoor accidents is not covered.

3. Can I place customized OEM/ODM bulk orders with your team?
