A: Yes. We focus on B2B custom workwear services, including OEM, ODM and bulk wholesale. We cater to different industries such as factory uniforms, office wear, service uniforms and safety work clothes.

Q: Do you support retail sales?

A: Sorry, we do not provide retail service. All products are supplied for bulk orders and corporate customization only.

Q: What types of workwear can you customize?

A: We customize shirts, jackets, overalls, polo shirts, vests, safety clothing, aprons and other work apparel. We can make products according to your style requirements.

2. Customization & Design

Q: Can you add our company logo and brand pattern?

A: Definitely. We offer printing, embroidery and heat transfer services for logos, company names, slogans and patterns on garments.

Q: Can you design workwear based on our ideas?

A: Yes. Our professional design team can create new styles according to your sketches, pictures or detailed requirements. We also accept production based on your samples.

Q: Can we choose fabrics and colors freely?

A: Yes. We have various fabric options including cotton, polyester, canvas, PU and mixed materials. A full range of standard colors are available, and customized colors are also acceptable for bulk orders.

3. Samples

Q: Can I get custom samples first?

A: We can make customized samples as requested. Customers need to cover the sample cost and shipping fee. Small low-cost samples can be provided free of charge. The sample lead time is 4-7 working days.

Q: Can the sample be revised many times?

A: Minor adjustments on details, size and logo are acceptable. For major style changes, extra sample fees may be charged.

4. MOQ & Pricing

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ varies by product and fabric. We accept small orders if the required materials are in stock.

Q: How do you quote the price for custom workwear?

A: The price is affected by fabric, style, quantity, craft and accessories. We will send you a detailed official quotation promptly after you provide your requirements.

Q: Will the price change later?

A: Prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations of raw material cost and transportation fee. We will update the price list in a timely manner.

5. Production & Lead Time

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A: Normally, production takes around 30 days after order confirmation. We can arrange faster delivery for urgent orders, please contact us in advance.

Q: How do you control product quality?

A: We will confirm details with structure samples before production, and make pre-production samples for your final approval. We inspect raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods strictly, and carry out final inspection before packaging.

6. Payment Terms

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We mainly accept T/T. For leather products, a 60% deposit is required in advance; for other fabric workwear, a 30% deposit is needed. The balance shall be paid before shipment. We also accept PayPal, Western Union and MoneyGram for sample payment.

7. Logistics & Shipment

Q: Which ports do you ship goods from?

A: We mainly ship from Shenzhen Port and Guangzhou Port. We can also arrange shipment from other designated ports.

Q: How about the shipping cost?

A: Shipping fees depend on shipping method, total quantity, weight and volume. Express delivery is fast but costly, while sea freight is economical for large orders. We will calculate the exact freight after getting your order details.

8. After-sales Service

Q: What is your product warranty policy?

A: We guarantee the quality of materials and workmanship. We will actively communicate and solve all quality-related problems to ensure your satisfaction.

Q: What if the size or style does not match the requirements?

A: Please check the goods upon arrival. If the problem is caused by our production error, we will provide solutions such as re-production or replacement.
