Q: How about the warranty for your products?

A: Our products carry a 12-month warranty from the factory (delivery). During the guarantee period, if there are any problem with our instrument,

we will help you to solve it by sending pictures, videos or free spare parts until things get fixed. Out of guarantee, we will also help you solve the problem,but not including send free spare parts to your country.

Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM/ODM as you required.

Q: Can you offer the technical support, online or site training or other？

A:We will offer technical support like remote support,operating manual, operating videos to support or provided training material of the detailed products you are interested in.

Q: May I have a free sample? I need test your quality first.

A: We are regret to tell you that we could not offer free sample to our customers, which is our company rule. But if you agree, we can quote special price to better support you for trail order.

Q:Can cold room size be customized?

A:Yes, the cold room size depends on you. For example, 4*4*2.5m, 10*5*3m cold room size is usually used.

Q:What shipment is it to our destination?

A:For cold storage units and spare parts, we choose sea freight to save costs.
