Q1: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A1: Regular MOQ is one 20GP container. Small trial orders can be negotiated, please contact our sales team for details.
Q2: What is your lead time for shipment?
A2: For stock orders: Goods will be delivered within 7–10 working days after receiving advance payment. For customized / production orders: Lead time is about 15–25 working days, subject to confirmed contract.
Q3: What is your sample policy?
A3: Samples are available. Samples are free of charge, buyer bears courier freight. Sample size: 500g–1kg for lab test. Samples can be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Q4: Can you provide certificates and test reports?
A4: Yes. COA (Certificate of Analysis) will be supplied for each batch. MSDS is available.
Q5: What payment terms do you accept?
A5: T/T is our main payment term. Other terms can be discussed for large orders. All terms will be stated in sales contract.
