We will recommend the most optimized and reliable logistics solution based on your order quantity, weight, delivery time requirements, and budget. All packaging will be reinforced according to the transportation method, such as using corner protectors and fumigation-free pallets, to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation.
How do you ensure that the printed colors match my design draft?
Color consistency is our core commitment. We use advanced digital proofing technology to provide accurate color proofs for your confirmation prior to production. Our printing workshop uses a standard color management system (CMS) and regularly calibrates its equipment. We strongly recommend that you provide Pantone color codes, which are the international standard for ensuring color accuracy.
Can I get free samples? Are the samples shipped for free?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide free samples to potential partners so that you can experience the quality of our materials and the excellence of our craftsmanship firsthand. Typically, the samples themselves are free, but you will need to cover the international shipping costs. Once you place a formal order, we can deduct this shipping cost from the order total.
