Shipping Service

We provide global delivery by DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Once your order is shipped, we will send the official tracking number to you immediately, you can track your parcel status online at any time.

Quality Inspection & After-sales Policy

Every wig will pass strict manual quality inspection before delivery, including hair material, hand-tied craft and lace workmanship.

If you receive defective products caused by our production error, we offer free remake or free replacement service.

Free after-sales service is not available for artificial damage, self-cutting, self-dyeing and improper maintenance by customers.
