         We were pleased to participate in THECA 2025, held from 20–22 August 2025. During the exhibition, we showcased our industrial filtration products and solutions while engaging in valuable discussions with industry professionals, customers, and business partners.

        This event provided an excellent platform to strengthen business relationships, enhance brand visibility, and gain deeper insights into market trends, allowing us to further improve our products and services to meet industry needs.

         Liquid filter bags are specially treated through singeing and calendering processes to prevent fiber shedding and minimize pore blockage, ensuring clean filtration and extended service life.

1. Filter Bag Selection

    Liquid filter bags work on the principle of solid–liquid separation and are used with matching filter housings. They offer high flow rates, large processing capacity, and long service life, making them ideal for sealed, high-flow filtration systems. When selecting a filter bag, users should consider housing size and operating conditions such as pH, flow rate, filtration accuracy, particle size, and operating temperature to ensure optimal performance.

2. Installation and Replacement

  Before installation, shut down the system, cut off power, and release internal pressure. Check reminder surfaces for cleanliness and flatness. Install the filter bag securely inside the filter basket, ensuring full contact. Use a support cage to prevent movement under pressure. After installation, close the housing, ensure proper sealing, tighten bolts evenly, and restart the system.

3. Precautions

    Filter bag replacement should be based on differential pressure readings. Liquid filter bags typically withstand a pressure difference of 0.05–0.1 MPa. Replace the bag promptly when approaching this limit to avoid damage or rupture.
