Random Tumble Pilling Tester, putting the test fabrics and cotton sliver into the test chamber which is backed with cork liner, steel impellers rotates at a constant high speed, together with compressed

air injection into the chamber, tumbling the test fabrics against cork liners, to determine the pilling and fuzzing characteristics of textile fabrics.

1. RF3191N innovatively uses one chamber per machine. Machines are designed to be stackable. Multiple testers can be stacked up to work together. Flexible test configuration for varieties of testing requirements and boosts testing efficiency.

2. Each impeller is driven by individual motor. Without traditional transmission system, operation noise is greatly reduced. Silent operation improves lab experience.

3. Compressed air injection during test helps keeping specimen tumbling randomly to get more accurate testing result.

4. Settings and operations are simplified thanks to microcontroller. All operations can be accessed through one knob.

5. LED lighting for easy observation of the specimens through the front viewing windows.
