The Automatic Fiber Drying and Weighing Tester is used in the fiber composition analysis process to dry, cool, weigh and sort fibers of various compositions. It is an essential and labor-intensive step in the fiber content testing process.

Test Method:

According to different fiber compositions, place the samples into different weighing bottles, scan the code to register the sample ID, which corresponds to the ID of the weighing bottle. Place the weighing bottles on the tray, and then place the tray into the designated cargo area. A maximum of 12 trays can be stacked at once, and each tray can hold up to 25 weighing bottles. The robotic arm automatically grabs the tray and places it into an empty oven for drying. After reaching the drying time, the robotic arm automatically grabs the tray and places it in the cooling area. After the sample cools down, it enters the automatic transmission line for automatic weighing. After weighing, the mechanical claw grabs the weighing bottle into different empty trays according to different compositions, achieving sorting of different compositions. The sorted weighing bottles are placed in the corresponding trays and transported to the designated collection area, waiting for the testing personnel to take them away.The tray can be stacked without manual intervention in the middle.
