About Us

SWC was established in 1986 in Shanghai and currently has two factories, namely Shanghai Sheshan Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Baiyu Bearing Co., Ltd. The company covers a total area of 60,000 square meters, with a building area of 35,000 square meters. Our fully automatic bearing production line is at a domestic level, with an annual production capacity of over 60 million sets. To control product quality, we have established a closed production cycle from raw material entry to finished product. The company obtained ISO9001 quality system certification in 1998, and has consistently focused on product quality over the years, actively adopting domestic and international processes and scientific management to ensure product quality. Our bearings have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions around the world, and our products have received widespread acclaim.

Products

SWC provides customers with one-stop services: Turning - Heat treatment - Finished bearings, which can offer high-quality bearings while reducing costs and shortening delivery times. SWC strictly adheres to the TS16949 quality system and manages the control of various production processes to ensure the stability and excellence of product quality. Based on a deep understanding of its products and years of practical application experience, SWC has a set of bearing application technologies to provide customers with comprehensive ball bearing solutions.

Production Control

The product range includes deep groove ball bearings and angular contact bearings with inner diameters from 1MM to 50MM, especially miniature and special miniature ball bearings, stainless steel bearings, high-temperature bearings, and high-quality military bearings, which have become a beautiful business card for SWC products. Currently, SWC mainly serves several markets including sports and leisure, office equipment, precision instruments, medical equipment, power tools, harmonic reducers, servo motors, and military. At the same time, SWC has 30 years of experience in machining and grinding manufacturing, R&D, and market services, providing technical support and comprehensive ball bearing solutions for a wide range of customers with special material and quality requirements.
