Phase‑I construction includes a 2,600‑square‑meter office building, a 6,600‑square‑meter cold storage, and a 2,000‑square‑meter production workshop. Phase‑II involves a workshop of approximately 7,000 square meters and one quick‑freezing tunnel production line. Phase‑III reserves an expansion space of 10,000 square meters, planning to build a 9‑meter‑high cold storage of about 7,000‑8,000 square meters, a two‑storey workshop of around 4,000 square meters, as well as R&D of new fresh‑eating corn products.
