Can I get pre-production samples before bulk orders? What are the sampling cost and lead time?
Yes, pre-production samples are available for all custom knitwear orders. We will charge sampling fees accordingly, yet the full sampling cost will be 100% refunded once you place mass orders that meet our MOQ requirement. The sampling lead time takes 5-7 working days for basic plain styles, and 7-10 working days for complex styles with embroidery or printing. Samples can be shipped worldwide via DHL and FedEx.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
For basic plain styles, bulk production takes 15–20 working days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. For styles with complex embroidery, printing or custom fabrics, the lead time is 25–30 working days. Peak season lead times may be slightly longer.
Can I customize fabric material and color?
Yes, we support full customization of fabric material, weight and color. Options include 100% cotton, cotton blend, polyester, recycled polyester and sustainable cotton. Pantone color matching is available for bulk orders.
Does your knitwear factory hold international certifications like BSCI and GRS?
Our factory owns complete international audit certifications for global brands, including BSCI factory audit, GRS recycled fabric certificate and BCI sustainable cotton certificate. We can supply full certification documents to meet customs clearance and inspection standards for EU and US fashion brands.
What custom logo crafts do you offer for knitted garments? Is embroidery and printing available?
We support a full range of custom logo crafts, including flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille embroidery, DTG digital print, screen print, heat transfer print and silicone print. Custom accessories like woven labels, hang tags and care labels are also available, and all crafts can be produced on samples for your confirmation.We also accept fully custom designs based on your tech packs or reference samples.
