How do I know a part will fit my printer?
Send us your printer model and, if possible, the original part number. We check the part against the machine before quoting, and we will tell you if we are not certain.
Do you supply original parts or compatible ones?
Both are available for many models. Tell us which you prefer and we will quote what we can actually supply, rather than offering one option and substituting another.
Can you help if I only have a photo of the part?
Yes. A clear photo, the machine model and any markings on the part are usually enough for us to identify it.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
The printer brand and model, the part name or number, the quantity you need and the country we are shipping to. Anything else you have — such as ink type — helps us quote more accurately.
