- Connector type and shape — dampers and fittings differ even within one brand.
- Tube inner and outer diameter, and whether the fitting is straight or elbow.
- Filter rating and whether your ink is pigment, dye, UV or DTF white.
- Pump voltage and flow direction, which are easy to get wrong from a photo alone.

I only have the old part. Can you identify it?
Usually. A clear photo of the part, its connector and any markings, plus your printer model, is normally enough.
Do you supply in trade quantities?
Yes — consumables such as dampers and filters are commonly bought in multiples. Tell us the quantity you need and we will quote accordingly.
Are these parts compatible across printer brands?
Partly. Some components are shared across platforms, but many are not. We confirm per model rather than assuming.
