Jingxingneng Hebei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., established in June 2018, is an investment‑holding subsidiary of Beijing Zhongxingneng Technology Co., Ltd. Located in Chengde Development Zone Industrial Park, Hebei Province, it serves as the northern R&D and manufacturing base for phase‑change energy storage. Supported by domestic university technical resources, we develop and produce diversified phase‑change materials and new‑energy storage products. Our main offerings cover composite phase‑change thermal storage units and cold‑storage series products.
We have developed household & commercial heat cabinets, mobile thermal‑storage vehicles, cold‑storage modules and air‑conditioning cold‑storage units. Our integrated household phase‑change unit is a domestically exclusive product. We own multiple patents and intellectual property rights. Our products were deployed for heating at Zhangjiakou Mountain Broadcasting Center for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, selected as one of Top 10 Scientific and Technological Highlights of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2022. We delivered heating equipment for Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm observation towers, and won the bid for Chengde coal‑to‑electricity project, acting as the unique domestic supplier of household phase‑change clean‑heating products in Northern China.
We are the project implementation unit of China Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Fund Management Committee. Certified as National High‑Tech Enterprise, Hebei Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprise, National Science‑based SME in 2024. Our heat‑storage cabinets are listed in Hebei provincial energy‑saving product catalog and passed ISO triple certification. We carry out university‑industry cooperation with Shanghai Maritime University and Hebei Normal University for Ethnic Minorities, operating as graduate practice base for Shanghai Maritime University. We employ 120‑200 staff, with a 2,086‑square‑meter production plant. Annual capacity reaches 10,000 sets composite phase‑change thermal‑storage units and 5,000 sets phase‑change electric heaters.
