The new Dr.Oligo 48 supports up to 32 types of special monomers (previously 18), enabling flexible synthesis of DNA, RNA, LNA, morpholino, chimeric, 2'-O-methyl, phosphorothioate, bridged nucleic acids, antisense, TNA, GNA, and various mixed oligonucleotides, significantly enhancing synthesis capabilities.

Dr. Oligo 48

The new Dr. Oligo 192XLc is suitable for R&D and large-scale production, with flexible options for 96-well synthesis plates or independent synthesis columns. It is currently the most widely used high-throughput DNA/RNA synthesizer, supporting up to 37 reagents and synthesis scales up to 5 micromoles.

Dr.Oligo192

Dr.Oligo 192XLc features more precise flow control, providing more accurate, rapid, and precise reagent delivery for each well. Additionally, it adds commonly used reagent nozzles, making synthesis faster and more efficient.

A single run can synthesize 1 to 192 oligos, with up to 37 reagents configured (27 special and 10 standard), and a maximum of 5 micromoles per column. The valve control responds quickly with low dead volume, the nozzle reduces dripping, the synthesis chamber pressurizes accurately to save gas, the solenoid valve precision is as low as 2 microliters, and the nozzle can automatically inject liquid.

The Dr.Oligo 768XLc offers powerful performance and synthesis efficiency. The new nozzle

and highly efficient reagent reaction system, along with the following features, greatly enhance the speed and efficiency of the Dr.

Oligo 768XLc.

• The new reagent dispensing system provides extremely

efficient mixing of all reagents dispensed into each well.

• All reagents delivered to each reaction well fully react with the synthesis medium, optimizing

the use of all delivered reagents.

• The volume of each reagent required for the reaction is precisely calculated based on concentration to achieve near

100% reaction efficiency.

• The customized Biolytic valve control board provides faster, more consistent response times with

smaller valve dead volumes, reducing waste.

• Can simultaneously dispense from 16 or more nozzles, accurately dispensing reagents as low as 2 ul.

• The new dispensing nozzles ensure the required delivery volume and reduce the

possibility of reagent dripping and drying.

• Automatic nozzle cleaning; reagent nozzles can be automatically flushed

during the synthesis process according to settings.

• The improved chamber design allows more precise control of reagent flow through the reaction wells. Two

smaller pressure chambers (one for each 384-well plate) reduce gas consumption.

• High-speed closed-loop motion system

With the Dr.Oligo768XLc, we have simplified the gas system layout.

The new gas path system design separates the purge, exhaust, and

pneumatic tubing from the reagent bottle system, making it

easy to distinguish the various system lines and related hardware,

thereby simplifying troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally,

we have eliminated the need for all mechanical alignment in the

motion system. These improvements reduce the chance of failure, thereby

reducing maintenance requirements.

Safety Bottle Sealing System

   The new reagent bottle sealing system prioritizes user safety and features the following safety functions:

   Protects users from reagent spills and injuries caused by accidental breakage of reagent bottles.

   The innovative sealed collection tray directs leaked reagents directly into the waste liquid container.

   The transparent isolation safety window allows for easy observation while ensuring safety.

Smaller Footprint

   We aimed to create a more ergonomic instrument. The XLc offers enhanced functionality while occupying less

   space in the laboratory, with a 14% reduction in size compared to our original Dr. Oligo 768 model.

   Side-by-Side Sliding Plate Windows

   The nozzle plate windows of the Dr. Oligo 768 are now placed side by side. This reconfiguration allows users to monitor two reaction plates simultaneously.

LED Lighting

   Chemical-resistant LED lights help improve eye visibility and comfort. By using LED lighting in the bottle chamber, nozzle plate, and waste liquid trough,

   users can easily monitor reagent levels and reaction status.
