Automotive Electronics Industry Solutions
Currently, the core selection of adhesives for automotive electronics focuses on three major scenarios: ADAS sensors (AA active focusing UV adhesive), E-drive systems (high thermal conductivity gap filler, PCBA conformal coating, BMS flame-retardant potting, housing sealant), and intelligent cockpits (screen bonding LOCA, structural frame PUR).
Core Pain Points:
With the increasing integration of Electronic and Electrical Architecture (EEA), component miniaturization leads to extremely high thermal flux density, posing stringent challenges for long-term thermal management and extreme cold-hot shock resistance of materials. At the same time, highly automated production lines have extremely high requirements for the dispensing consistency of adhesives (no bubbles, no stringing). A more practical pain point is that Tier 1 suppliers are often constrained by long lead times and slow customized response from foreign brands in the supply chain.
Breakthrough Opportunities:
The core of localization has long surpassed simple "replacement"; the key lies in joint R&D and agile response. Leveraging local advantages, leading domestic material companies can directly engage with the R&D front-end of internationally renowned Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs, rapidly iterating formulations for specific projects. After crossing the threshold of automotive-grade certification (such as 85/85 aging, AEC-Q standards), TEMPA can truly connect the entire chain from early technology introduction to final mass procurement at the factory level, with superior cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions and stable local delivery.

Intelligent lawn mower industry solutions
Intelligent lawnmowers operate outdoors for extended periods, facing harsh conditions such as rain, mud, high-frequency vibrations, and UV exposure. We provide automotive-grade reliability adhesive and lubrication solutions for their core electronic and power modules.
Perception System (Vision/LiDAR):
The sensor housing and wiring harness interface use silicone sealant to achieve IP68 waterproof and dustproof. Module heat dissipation adopts a high thermal conductivity gel solution, solving the heat dissipation problem under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
Main Control and ECU System:
The core PCBA is deeply coated with high-performance Conformal Coating, providing excellent moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and resistance to grass juice acid-base erosion capabilities, ensuring stable operation of the motherboard in high-humidity environments.
Battery Pack (BMS) and Power Supply:
The battery module uses flame-retardant polyurethane/silicone potting compound to achieve V-0 flame retardancy, deep insulation, and excellent drop resistance buffering. Combined with thermally conductive gap filling material, it solves the pain point of heat dissipation during outdoor fast charging.
Drive and Cutter Head Motor:
The motor's magnetic steel is bonded with high-strength epoxy structural adhesive, and the cutter head motor housing is filled with highly thermally conductive potting compound. This allows the motor to calmly handle persistent high-frequency mechanical vibrations and high-temperature thermal shocks during high-speed operation.
