Our virgin, recycled and blended material routes allow the underlay to be matched to project requirements and budget. Thin PU options, high-density rubber options and PU-rubber composites offer different combinations of resilience, compression resistance and surface facing. VIAB operates three production bases with a stated daily capacity above 10,000 m². Its in-house process covers material preparation, forming, surface lamination, cutting, batch checks and packing. The engineering team can assist with system selection, drawings and installation guidance.
