The Product R&D Center is mainly engaged in the development of LED light source device packaging and LED lighting application products. In 2007, it became a member of the CSA National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance, and cooperated with the Graduate School of Tsinghua University to establish a research and development center for power type LED packaging and lighting. Hengrun Optoelectronics currently has more than 300 backbone researchers dedicated to creating high-tech products. It is a supporting unit of the National 12th Five Year Plan for Semiconductor Lighting Technology and has obtained over 460 LED patents of various types.
