Our steel grating is manufactured using the world's most advanced,computer-controlled high-pressure resistance welding machines for steel grating. Robotic arms automatically place the cross bars (twisted square bars or round bars, hereinafter the same) transversely across the evenly spaced flat bars.Through a powerful welding current of 1600 KVA and hydraulic pressure of 1000 KN,the cross bars are resistance-welded into the flat bars, producing steel grating panels with strong, reliable weld points and exceptionally high stability and strength. The steel grating panels are cut to size according to the engineering drawings, undergo deep fabrication,and are then finished with hot-dip galvanizing or other surface treatments before being packed and delivered.
