All bags are reinforced in hardware (zipper, lock, shoulder strap buckle) and sewing lines. Good wear resistance under normal daily use; The leather needs to avoid long-term exposure to rain and sun, and the canvas /PU can be lightly cleaned with a wet cloth. We are divided into three categories according to the usage scenarios: small/mini bags (about 20-24cm) can hold mobile phones, card bags, lipsticks and keys, which are suitable for dating and traveling lightly; Medium-sized handbags (about 26–32cm) can accommodate long wallets, mobile phones, cosmetic bags and folding umbrellas, and are the main models for commuting and daily life. Large tote bag (over 33cm) can hold A4 files, 13-inch notebooks and water cups, which is suitable for commuting to work and short trips. Each product page is marked with the measured internal dimensions and the indication of the items that can be accommodated. It is recommended to choose according to the items you carry daily. What if the logistics has not been updated/the parcel shows the receipt but has not received/sent the wrong goods?
If the logistics track has not been updated for more than 3 working days, please contact the carrier for verification first, and tell us the order number at the same time, and the customer service will assist in launching an inquiry to the logistics company. If the package shows "signed" but you haven't received it, please confirm whether it is collected by your family, front desk or courier, and contact the dispatcher to verify; After confirming the loss, we will start the replacement or refund process for you within 1-2 working days. If the received goods are not in conformity with the order (wrong style, color and quantity), please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours after signing, and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
