Our Signature Product
Cryogenic Steel Product Introduction
Cryogenic steel, also known as low-temperature or ultra-low-temperature steel, is a specialized structural material engineered to perform reliably in harsh and extreme cold environments. Unlike conventional steel, which becomes brittle and prone to fracture at low temperatures, our cryogenic steel is designed to maintain exceptional strength, high toughness, and excellent weldability even in frigid conditions, ensuring the safety and stability of critical engineering structures.
The technology behind our steel focuses on lowering the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature. Through precise chemical composition design, including micro-alloying with elements like Niobium (Nb), Vanadium (V), and Titanium (Ti) to refine the grain structure, combined with advanced manufacturing processes such as controlled rolling, controlled cooling, normalizing, and quenching & tempering, we achieve a fine and uniform internal microstructure. This fundamentally enhances the material's impact resistance and fracture toughness at low temperatures.
Standard Cryogenic Steel:
This category typically includes low-alloy high-strength steels, such as Q355C/D/E grades. They are designed to maintain excellent toughness in low-temperature environments ranging from -20℃ to -60℃. These steels are widely used in structural steel for buildings, bridges, ships, and construction machinery in cold regions, effectively withstanding impact loads from severe winter conditions and preventing brittle failure.
From Raw Steel Sections to Finished Structures:
The company is equipped with over 50 sets of advanced domestic steel structure processing equipment, including a 20,000W laser cutting machine, integrated H-beam and box-type assembly machines, integrated submerged arc welding machines for section and box steel, a Model 60 straightening machine, a Model 1622 pass-through shot blasting and rust removal machine, CNC machine tools, automatic bevel welding machines, and horizontal suction spray painting booths.
