We are a sheet metal manufacturer in Feixi, Hefei, Anhui Province. The plant was set up in 2020 and runs five processes under one roof: tooling, stamping, painting, inspection and packing.
We make exterior sheet metal for refrigerators and washing machines, and coated or formed panels for building enclosure. Both lines are produced to drawing.

What We Do?
What We Do?
Work starts from your drawing, or from a sample if no drawing exists. In that case we measure the part and confirm the dimensions in writing before tooling begins, because a dimension agreed after the die is cut is a cost, not a question. Materials are the ones these parts are normally made from: galvanized and cold-rolled steel, and pre-painted steel where the finish is part of the specification.

Feixi sits inside the Yangtze River Delta supply chain, which is why steel arrives quickly and why a programme can be re-planned without waiting a month for material.
Incoming steel is checked, patrol inspection runs through the batch, and final inspection happens before packing. Records are kept per batch so a complaint can be traced back to its coil. Test reports can be provided where an overseas audit requires them.
