Q: What substrate and coating do you supply?
A: Hot-dip galvanized steel with a pre-painted organic coating as standard. The coating system is selected against the exposure - an interior panel and an external facade are specified differently, and we will tell you which one your project needs rather than quote one system for both.
Q: What thickness and width can you supply?
A: Confirmed per order against your drawing. Substrate thickness, coil width and coil weight are fixed at quotation, because they decide both the yield and the freight.
Q: Can you match our colour?
A: To a RAL number or to a physical sample. We approve the colour on a coated panel rather than on a printed card, since a card and a coated surface rarely match under site light.
Q: Will the coating crack when the panel is bent?
A: That depends on the bend radius against the coating's limit, not on the colour. Tell us the tightest radius on the part and we will confirm whether the standard system holds it or a more flexible one is needed.
Q: Do you supply patterns as well as plain colours?
A: Yes - wood grain and brick prints are applied on the coating line, before forming. Send a reference image and the panel size, and we will confirm what the print repeat allows.
Q: How are coils packed for sea freight?
A: Eye to sky on wooden skids, strapped, with edge protection and a moisture barrier. Cut sheets are stacked with interleaving and corner protection. Marking is agreed per order.
