Q: Can you produce from a sample instead of a drawing?
A: Yes. We measure the sample, confirm the dimensions in writing, and only then cut tooling. A dimension agreed after the die exists is a cost, not a question.
Q: Which materials can you form?
A: Galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, and pre-painted steel where the finish is part of the specification. Grade and thickness are taken from your drawing.
Q: How is the coating checked?
A: Appearance and coating thickness are checked during the run and again before packing. Where your audit requires test reports, they can be provided with the shipment.
Q: Can you match a colour?
A: To a RAL number or to your sample. We approve the colour on the first part rather than on a colour card, because a card and a coated panel rarely look the same under factory light.
Q: What about trial quantities?
A: Trial runs and volume orders are quoted separately, because they carry different tooling and set-up. Send the part and the quantity and we will tell you what the tooling allows.
Q: How do you pack for export?
A: Agreed per order: interleaved or not, edge protection, panels per stack, stack height, and whether the carton has to match a line-side presentation.
