Working Principle of HEPC

It first generates negative (positive) ions via corona discharge. After suspended particulates are charged with negative (positive) electricity, they flow along with the airflow into the subsequent electric field area and are captured by the positive (negative) electrodes. Under the effect of the electric field, the charged suspended particulates are gathered in the collection zone for effective removal and control.

Though its working principle is similar to that of conventional electrostatic dust collectors on the market, it differs greatly in waveform, frequency as well as the generation modes of high and low voltage.

Apart from meeting the required dust removal efficiency, HEPC is also equipped with excellent shielding and suppression capabilities against electromagnetic waves, pulses and surges. This prevents interference with main process equipment and avoids disruptions to the customer’s production.
