Water-based cleaning solution is mainly used for cleaning oil stains on various metal surfaces, such as stainless steel, iron, copper, zinc, aluminum, titanium, magnesium and other metal surfaces. It can remove various oil stains including lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, metal processing fluid, grinding fluid and polishing wax.

According to the degree of oil stains, mix 1:20-50 water to prepare the working solution. For large workpieces, spray cleaning can be used; for small pieces, ultrasonic cleaning or immersion cleaning can be adopted. It can be used at room temperature, and the effect is better when heated to 50-80℃. Then, rinse with hot water and flowing water.

Usage method:
As the active agent is consumed, the performance declines. You can add 1-5% of the working solution appropriately according to the workload (for details, please consult the technical service engineer of our company).

The product has a shelf life of one year at 25℃.
